Shipping to UK addresses
All goods in stock will be normally be dispatched within 7 days and a standard delivery charge of £3.50 will be incurred for all deliveries to UK addresses (this charge is irrespective of the number of items ordered). Should you require overnight delivery (provided the order is processed before 3 pm ) this can be arranged. An additional postage charge will be applicable – prices on request.

Delivery Overseas
We are happy to ship overseas, however, an additional postage charge will apply and shipping time will be increased to accommodate the distance. Please note it is the customer's responsibility to pay any import duties for overseas orders delivered by Character Handling or its agents.

Returning an Item
If you receive a product from us that is either defective or damaged we will be happy to replace the product and refund the return delivery cost incurred. However, if you wish to return an item for any alternative reason, we will credit you for the cost of the product but you will be responsible for the return delivery charge.
